In cooperation with Jakob Steib architects. – Architectural expression and construction form a unity. The two houses are designed as wooden buildings, and their construction is extremely efficient and economical.

The unique location in the direct vicinity of the Hörnli cemetery and the extensive family gardens forms the starting point for our idea: transformation and gentle urbanisation of the garden city idea. – Situation plan with roof view, scale 1:500.

All apartments offer a continuous living and dining room which is illuminated from two sides by daylight. The kitchens are oriented towards the communal open space and the living area is optically extended to the outside via the gazebo (pergola). Furnished floor plan, scale 1:10.
