Intensively planted gardens, an impressive stock of trees and a small-scale development structure — these elements characterise the neighbourhood. The integration of the three houses into this environment is achieved with a distinctive volumetric staggering of the buildings. The houses have clearly identifiable sections that are differentiated in terms of their height and position in the terrain.
The number of apartments corresponds to the number of partial volumes. This gives the buildings a scale that is based on and respects the small-scale structure of the neighbourhood.
All flats benefit from the unique location surrounded by a lush garden. The living rooms and kitchens are located at the ends of the building wings and have façades facing in three directions. Generous balconies and kitchens with bay-windows draw the eye into the open space and celebrate free-spirited living.

The apartments on the ground floor have a direct access into the garden, those on the middle floors have a double-volume balcony and those on the top floor have a vaulted ceiling and a sheltered patio with a view of the surrounding landscape.
